# Neryn

> Neryn is a free tool that checks whether AI shopping agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's agents) can reach, understand and buy from an online store. It gives a 0-100 score, fixes with Shopify and WooCommerce steps, and live answers from Claude. It also publishes monthly benchmarks of well-known stores. The Neryn app for Shopify fixes the product data issues it finds, after the merchant approves each change.

## What the audit checks

- Agent access: Can AI agents reach your store?
- Product data: Can AI understand your products?
- Structured data: Can AI read your product pages?
- Trust: Can AI trust your store?
- AI channels: Can AI channels list and sell your products?
- Live AI answers (not scored): Claude is asked, with web search on, where a shopper should buy, and whether it names and links the store.
